Mr. Lietzau is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a BS in Chemical Engineering and minors in Chemistry and Business. After graduation, Mr. Lietzau worked as a Project Engineer at CariSal, LLC working towards building a chemical facility in Point Lisas, Trinidad. While working at CariSal, Mr. Lietzau contributed to various successes including completing the company’s Environmental Impact Assessment, design optimization, and initial procurement efforts. Mr. Lietzau followed a variation of the project to Trinidad Development Company where he worked with Mitsubishi Gas Company to facilitate the initial design framework of a Dimethyl Ether and Methanol plant in La Brea, Trinidad.
Mr. Lietzau joined TransTex Treating in 2011 as a Process and Project Engineer. Since joining TransTex Treating, Mr. Lietzau has led efforts optimizing processes, updating plant designs to increase ease of operation, designing modular Amine Plants, and installing Amine Plants.
Mr. Lietzau is a member of the Gas Processors Association (GPA) and the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE). He is working towards becoming a Professional Engineer (PE).
