10 GPM Amine Plant — McMullen County, TX

An established TransTex customer had a need to remove H2S from their associated sour gas production. Our customer had previously used a non-regenerative Triazine solution and contacted TransTex to provide a lower cost alternative. TransTex utilized our standard 10 GPM Amine Plant design to treat 5 MMSCFD with 3000 PPM gas below 4 PPM to meet pipeline specifications. This regenerative method, when sized by TransTex’s experienced staff, effectively removes virtually all H2S while staying within TCEQ/EPA emissions requirements. TransTex provided the installation and commissioning of this equipment and will be providing ongoing 7 days/week operations and maintenance.
